Focusing on practical, hands-on learning, I guide you through lyric writing, songwriting, composition, arrangement, orchestration, music theory, ear training, improvisation, audio capture, sound design, and foley—individually or in combination. Each session is shaped to your level and direction, supporting you through the creative process at your own pace, whether you’re starting out, refining your skills, or developing a current project.
Sessions can also cover the tools and technologies used in contemporary music-making, including microphones, MIDI controllers, DAWs, notation software, and VSTs. I work extensively with Logic Pro.
