Workshops
Learn through doing. Collaborative, hands-on sessions designed to spark ideas and build skills.
I create fun, engaging workshop environments where musicianship is developed in practice. Using improvisation as a core tool, I lead instrumental, vocal, and theatre-based games that break down barriers, encourage collaboration, and a big deal of laughter, making space for ideas to flow. The focus is on participation, experimentation, and shared creative energy.
I co-run lyricism workshops including Shut Up & Cut Up, a Dada-inspired session built around chance, collage, and instinctive writing, designed to disrupt habits and unlock unexpected ideas.
I practice what I teach. I stay actively involved in performance, creative workshops, and retreats, and continue developing my practice through ongoing training in performance and acting—bringing that experience directly into the room. This shapes how I design and deliver sessions, keeping them responsive, current, and creatively challenging.
I deliver workshops for retreats, festivals, team-building events, and higher education settings across Europe and UK.
